There was an interview with World of Warcraft Game Director Tom Chilton as a follow up to their Leipzig coverage on virginmedia. Tom Chilton confirms their plan for a yearly WoW expansion stands correct. The South Seas, the Maelstrom and the Emerald Dream, have pop into the radar through Chilton's own lips.

It is said that we recently unearthed a new trademark by Blizzard that might or not tie-in with the theme of a Maelstrom and South Seas expansion. We interviewed Chris Metzen and Micky Neilson last February, where they said there were plans for Gilneas, and talked about the upcoming World of Warcraft: Stormrage book which hits bookstores on February 2010. It deals with the Nightmare and the Emerald Dream.

The stars are aligning. Doesn't know if there will ever be a game called Half-Life 3 or Portal 2. It seems that at least one member of Valve would love to see a new edition of Counter Strike. At a Left 4 Dead 2 press event earlier this week we pressed Valve writer Chet Faliszek about a possible return for the excellent team-based shooter.
"Personally, I would like to see some more Counter Strike. Left 4 Dead made me stop playing that for a while, I was just concentrating on that. I used to play a lot of Day of Defeat! I still go back and play some."
Unsurprisingly, Faliszek refused to confirm or deny the possibility of such a game appearing in the near future.
